The B4T will be performing with reedist Craig Flory at this celebration of all things Rosy.

Many already know that West Seattle is the home of 66.6666% of the B4T. On June 5, for one night only, the Blue 4 Trio will be having a 2/3rds homecoming show at the wonderful Kenyon Hall. Its a wonderful opportunity to hear the B4T up-close and personal on a beautiful Chickering Piano. 7:30, June 5th, be there.
This week the B4T is heading down to PDX to play at the super-hip Mississippi Studios with the super-cool Midnight Serenaders. All the info is on this super-neat poster:

That just about sums it up. Come have a drink and listen to some great music.
The B4T is down to the last few copies of their first CD. You know, the one with "Jeepers Creepers", "Chop Chop", "Mr. Boogie Woogie Man" and all those other great tunes on it. In fact, there are only 2 more left for order over the internet. Snatch them up here:
When those 2 are gone, the only one's left will be the few that MIke carries around with him to the shows. After those are gone, the album will be available as a download only. Whip out those wallets and do what needs to be done.
Someone has started an unofficial Blue 4 Trio page on Facebook. Now that the B4T is pointing it out to you, is it semi-official now? Who knows?
The page is here. Friend up yourself.
Take a look: Bay Area and Seattle Swing Icon Chris Lee has already posted a whole bunch of videos from the Amnesia show in SF. Watch'em carefully and look for more sightings of True Blue Fan Corey.
Here's a link to a video posted by the SF Blog, MissionMission. The B4T is riffing on the Louis Jordan classic "Boogie-Woogie Blue Plate."
Turns out that Hippie Dancer is a guy named Corey, and he was so moved by the B4T that he felt compelled to move just so. The B4T tips its collective hat to the writer of Mission Mission for tipping his hat to young Corey, and for pointing out, albeit indirectly, that Corey's just doing what we're all supposed to be doing when music is playing. Its why and how music was invented. Oh, and the biggest hat tip goes to True Blue Fan Corey for getting his groove on they way we all should.
The Blue 4 Trio will be taking a short vacation from playing Friday's at Salty's on Alki. Watch the website for news of when we're coming back. In the meantime, what will those crazy guys do with their Friday nights? Recording music for a new CD? Nah, couldn't be.
Blue 4 Trio headed up and down the west coast. Includes incredible states like OR and CA. Check the calendar page for details.
The Pink Door now starts at 8:00pm on Wednesdays, instead of 8:30. On Sundays, Tutta Bella begins at 5:30pm, instead of 5:00pm.
Why? We don't know. Just accept it.
Check out the calendar page to see where the boys will be in WA, ID and OR in the next week. Come out and see them!
The Blue 4 Trio will be making a special trip to down to Portland, OR on Monday, January 25 to play the fabulous Mississippi Pizza. Casey and the Boys will take the stage at 9pm, right after the weekly Portland Spelling Bee. Come on down for the spelling bee if you dare, but it can get pretty rough on monday nights, so keep your wits about you. Or, at least wear a helmet.
The Blue 4 Trio is back in town, after a much needed holiday respite. Come see us at all the same places. Also check the calendar to see where we will be in WA, ID, OR CA, and NM in 2010.
The B4T put Yo-Yo Ma and Itzhak Perlman to shame, playing real live in freezing temperatures on their precious instruments at the lighting of the new 5th Avenue Theatre Marquee in downtown Seattle. KOMO news was there and you can watch the icy-cold B4T here. Casey and the boys show up right at the start of the clip, but hang in there to see the cool new sign.
Thanks so much for the great reception. We love your town. We love your theatre. We love you. We also love boiled crawfish, shrimp and Lazy Magnolia Pecan Ale, but that is a whole 'nother story.
Just as Matt promised, you can get our first CD here and our latest CD here for the special Biloxi price. If CDBaby runs out of a CD, give it a few days, there will be more soon. We'll revert back to our regular price in a couple of weeks.
And, yes, you don't have to be from Biloxi to get the deal. Just go to CDBaby and buy.
Wanna see the Blue 4 Trio upclose and personal at someone's house? We're back in Burien, WA to play one of our favorite venues: Lance and Laurie's beautiful, acoustically-correct living room overlooking the Sound. Contact lanceandlaurie@comcast.net for reservations and the secret knock.
Yes its true! The Blue 4 Trio is playing a 5:00-6:30pm happy hour gig in the courtyard between Campagne and Inn at The Market. There are yummy drinks and a happy hour menu. Eat, drink, get frenchy and have some fun. Its only for the next 4 wednesdays (until September 16) so come on down. Oh, and then slide on over to the Pink Door for drinks and more B4T; its wednesday, after all.
Come here us and some other great bands. Let's help out Maggie.
