I know we already said it, but Barrelhouse, the new B4T CD is available only at B4T shows. It will be available on CD baby in the next few weeks. It features incredible guest performances from Orville Johnson, Hans Teuber and Matt Munisteri, as well as the usual great playing and singing from Casey & Company. The cover features an incredible tintype by master photographer, Jenny Sampson. Come and get it.
The new Blue 4 Trio CD, entitled Barrelhouse, is available for purchase at live shows. Stay tuned for online availability.
Casey MacGill will be in the UK from August 5-7. He'll be singing, swinging, and ding-dong-dinging at Camp Savoy with all his dancing friends. He'll be gone for a while, but Matt and Mike will be holding down the fort in Seattle with the usual gaggle of musical buddies. Catch the B4T on both sides of the pond!
...And Parents love wine and beer. Some things are so simple. Read this.
Check out the schedule to see where Casey and the boys, in various incarnations are playing this weekend. The boys will be reuniting Sunday Night/Monday Morning (whichever) for some late night/early morning (whichever) sets from 1-3am at Washington Hall. Pretty Cool.

Awesome.
Portland. The Woods. The Midnight Serenaders. The Blue 4 Trio. 'nuff said. This Saturday the fun starts at around 9pm. Its $10.00 to get in, but you'll want to bring more to pay for your drinks, don't you think?
Come on down to the coolest new piano bar in Seattle, Bad Monkey Bistro. Get up close and personal with the Blue 4 Trio. Its really fun, and you can drink.
THE BLUE 4 TRIO IS REALLY GOING TO BE THERE. There was a B4T website boo-boo a few weeks back, and right now there is no listing on the Bad Monkey website, but THE BLUE 4 TRIO WILL ACTUALLY BE PLAYING AT THE BAD MONKEY BISTRO THIS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, FROM 8-11PM.
You can count on the B4T.
There will be no Campagne gig Wednesday, September 15. The weather is just too unpredictable, and the Blue 4 Trio sounds terrible when their suits are soaked through and your Tartare de Boeuf has turned to soup. See you next summer!
The B4T weekly al fresco party at Campagne has been extended until September 15. Wednesdays from 5-7pm in the courtyard between Campagne and Inn at the Market. Last chance for outdoor frites. Better get on down there. The perfect civilized prelude to a fugue of excess at The Pink Door.
This weekend the Blue 4 Trio will be headed down to Happy Valley, OR (PDX, really) to play at Pickathon, an incredible homegrown music festival. One set each on Friday and Saturday.
The show will go on. An agreement has been reached. Casey has been given access to the piano. The B4T will swing the night away on July 31 (well, at least the early part of it) at the Watercress Asian Bistro.
Sorry folks, but the show out in Redmond this weekend has been canceled. Truth be told, the piano player who owns the piano that resides at Watercress Asian Bistro has denied Casey MacGill the security clearance to operate the piano. Still, we will press on. Why hate all up on our Freedom? 10,000 Years to Casey and his Octopus Fingers on the Acoustic Piano!
The Blue 4 Trio will be on hand to celebrate Bastille Day down at Cafe Campagne. There will be food. There will be burlesque. There will be music. There will be wine. There will be beer. There will be beer and wine.

The Blue 4 Trio will be at beautiful Kent Station to kick off their Take out Tuesdays lunchtime concert series. It'll be fun.
On Sunday, June 27, from 5-9pm, there will be a very special event at The Pink Door in Seattle. Casey and Matt of the B4T will both be on hand to help out with some singing and playing.
The nitty-gritty is this: Jackie, La Padrona of The Pink Door for almost 30 years, has recently been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Read more about that in this Seattle Times article. She and the cast of the Pink Door are throwing a huge party to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis research.
The information about the party is here. It costs $100 for a sumptuous Pink Door feast with wine, entertainment Pink Door style, and more fun than you can shake a stick at. 70% of the proceeds go to MS research.
This just in: beginning Wednesday June 16, (yes, that's this Wednesday), the Blue 4 Trio will be playing from 5-7pm in the courtyard in between Inn at The Market and Campagne, right on Post Alley in the Pike Place Market. You can sit out on the Campagne patio, order food from the happy hour menu (last summer there were lamb burgers...yum), and sip a cocktail (or wine or beer or whatever) before following the Blue 4 Trio down the alley for their regular wednesday night turn at The Pink Door. That's 5 hours of B4T. In one night.
How cool is that?
Very cool, the B4T thinks.
See you wednesday night(s).
The B4T will be performing with reedist Craig Flory at this celebration of all things Rosy.
